Our highly skilled, experienced engineers excel at turning. We have one of the largest ranges of modern CNC lathes in the country and these are available for sub-contract work. We can swing up to 1.2 metres in diameter by 6 metres between centres with other lathes having a capacity of 4, 3 and 2 metres between centres.

We operate a wide range of CNC milling machines, several of which incorporate a 4th axis and universal heads. These facilities include an 8 metre Bed Mill, 5 metre Gantry Mill, 5 metre Vertical Machine Centre with 4th axis, and a 3 metre Bed Mill with 4th axis.

Combined with 10 tonne lifting capacity, this enables us to machine some of the largest fabrications, forgings and castings to a high standard.

The 4th axis units complement the large CNC turning capacity, in particular their ability to machine spirals and complex forms.
